Strengthening Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan, UMJ Receives UMRI Comparative Study Visit

 UMJ LPP AIK  through the Institute for the Study and Application of Al Islam and Muhammadiyah (LPP AIK) received a comparative study visit from Muhammadiyah University Riau (UMRI) in the Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of the Rectorate, Tuesday (31/10/23).


Deputy Chancellor I Dr. Muhammad Hadi, S.Kp., M.Kep., Deputy Chancellor IV Dr. Septa Candra, SH., MH, accompanied by the Chair of the AIK LPP Drs. Fakhrurazi, MA., Secretary Mulkan Habibi, MIKom., Research Sector Lutfi, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Application Sector Dr. Adi Mansah, Lc., MA., welcomed the arrival of UMRI representatives.

This visit was carried out in the context of a comparative study to strengthen the Al Islam and Muhammadiyah programs. The UMRI delegation consisted of Vice Chancellor III Dr. Jufrizal Syahri, M.Sc., Chairman of the Al Islam and Muhammadiyahan Institute (LAIK) Afdal, S.Ud., MPI, Head of LAIK Administrative Sub-Division Dedet Putra Hendriko, SE, and Administrative Staff Rio Saputra A.Md.

Vice Rector IV Septa Candra, explained that this visit was a form of mutual support between the Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions (PTMA). For him, this visit is to add to the strengthening of the AlK program that has been carried out by UMJ.

"This is a sharing to strengthen the AIK sector, what UMRI does can be applied to UMJ, and vice versa. "This visit is a normal thing to support each other among PTMA," said Septa when asked for information in his room.

Vice Rector III UMRI Jufrizal Syahri, revealed that the implementation of Islamic AI and Muhammadiyah in the campus environment is mandatory. According to him, UMJ already has the highest success rate in implementing the AIK coaching program. Because of this, UMRI chose UMJ to conduct a comparative study.

"We can share and adopt programs, UMRI and UMJ have the same character. "Moreover, UMJ has a high level of success in implementing AIK, so UMJ is the right place," explained Jufrizal when interviewed after the activity. Furthermore, Jufri added that later it would not only be limited to AIK, but also about managing superior accreditation of study programs.

On the same occasion, the Chairman of LPP AIK Fakhrurazzi really welcomed the arrival of the UMRI team. Fakhrurazzi also explained the structure, main tasks and functions that had been implemented by LPP AIK UMJ. According to him, this activity is very good for strengthening the AIK LPP program, of course he hopes that this comparative study will also be carried out by UMJ together with other PTMAs.

Not only that, the UMRI group also visited the Faculty of Health and Medicine (FKK) for a comparative study related to medical study programs.

AZAB TERHADAP KAUM TSAMUD DAN LUTH
